What is MINKATO’S Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can request a return for it from your Return page. We will issue a credit in your Minkato's Wallet for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable).
Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please request a return for it from your orders page and mention the error or defect in your order.
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned.
Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 2 times.
